Live Like Sam is a full-time mental health prevention and education nonprofit serving Summit and Wasatch counties.

We're finding solutions to the youth mental health crisis through innovative and engaging wellness programming.

Live Like Sam is dedicated to providing our local youth with peer and evidence-based programming focused on prevention, positive mental wellness, and meaningful life skills. Every year, these enlightening programs spark curiosity to help thousands of kids find their light and build the confidence to thrive in their communities.

We are facing a youth mental health crisis.

More than 400,000 youth in Utah have mental health needs and many of these students reside in Park City and the Wasatch Back.

We are changing the mental health landscape by offering free, evidence-based preventative and mental wellness programming to every student in Summit and Wasatch counties.
