Same
Inside.
We're more alike on the inside
than we show on the outside.
We all carry something. Stress. Anxiety. Grief. Hope. Doubt. Joy. Pressure. Same Inside invites our community to be real about what we're carrying, and reminds us we're not alone.
Name what you carry.
There's real power in putting a word to a feeling. Researchers call it affect labeling, and it doesn't quiet a feeling so much as help you metabolize it. Naming what you carry lets you look at it instead of stuffing it, avoiding it, or letting it overwhelm you. You take its power back. You get to examine it, sit with it, and realize it doesn't define you. It's an emotion that visits from time to time. Over time you learn its favorite times to show up, and what that means, while you stay self-aware, regulated, and in charge of what you do next.
Summer gives us time, and somehow it can still feel like there's never enough of it. Restless is the feeling of chasing the next moment instead of settling into this one. Naming it is how you slow down and reconnect, to yourself, to the people around you, to right now.
What is one word you've been carrying?
Putting a name to what you've been carrying is often the first step toward understanding it. Your submission will remain private and will be reviewed before anything is shared publicly.

Picking a word felt small. It wasn't.
Naming it didn't fix it. But it made it lighter to hold.
This is what upstream work does.
Same Inside opens the door. Thrive, our evidence-based curriculum, is the work behind it, building mental and emotional fitness the same way training builds physical fitness. Independently evaluated, here is what changes for the students who go through it.
